Refund policy

 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or refunds accept if the product is faulty or you received the wrong item. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of the delivery date if the item is defective, damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


In the unlikely event of this happening, please contact us at hello@smashskin.co.za with the following information:
• Your order number
• Which item(s) is/ are damaged, missing or an incorrect item
• Photographic evidence and description

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.


Please do not send back the damaged goods, unless advised to. Once verified we can action a replacement.
