THE SMASH SET

MORNING:

1] Rinse with water only [if you feel oily or exercise in the morning - cleanse with 1.0 - Exfoliating Cleanser]

2] Spray 2.1 - Hydrating Mist into your hands and press into damp skin.

3] Apply 3.0 - Antioxidant Moisturiser if you feel dry, otherwise skip this step [when necessary, mix with 2.1 - Hydrating mist to form a gel cream consistency].

4] Apply 2 finger lengths of 4.0 - SPF 30+

EVENING:

1] Always double cleanse with 1.0 - Exfoliating Cleanser.

2] Apply a small amount of the Renewal Fluid of choice [refer to retinol guide below for more info].

3] Apply 3.0 - Antioxidant Moisturiser.

RETINOL GUIDE

How Do I Start Using Retinol?

1] Start Low and Slow:
Begin with 2.1 - Renewal Fluid 1 (0.5% Retinol+1.5% Azelaic Acid) to allow your skin to adjust. Apply it once or twice a week at night, gradually increasing frequency as your skin builds tolerance. After 1 bottle of 2.1 - Renewal Fluid 1 you can switch to 2.2 - Renewal Fluid 2.

2] Build Tolerance:
Start out by using it twice a week for 2 weeks. Then every second night for 2 weeks. Only use every night if your skin can tolerate it.

Apply at Night:
Retinol should only be used at night. It can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, so it’s best used in your evening routine.

Always Wear Sunscreen:
Retinol increases your skin’s sensitivity to the sun. Use a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher every day.

Can I Use Retinol Around My Eyes?

Yes You Can
Just make sure you mix it with your moisturiser to create an 'eye cream'.

How To Use Retinol If I Am Super Sensitive?

Yes!!
Just apply the Retinol after your moisturiser as it will create a buffer.

Who Should Avoid Retinol?

Pregnant Women:
Avoid using any form of Retinol when pregnant. Consult your doctor on usage during breastfeeding.

MORNING:

2] Apply Day Cream.

EVENING:

1] Always wash twice with 2 pumps of Face Wash.

2] Apply Night Cream.

*If you are using a Spot Treatment - apply at night after Night Cream.

NEEDLING

The Needling Stamp can be used 3 times. The Needling Serum is also enough for 3 treatments.

Start by double cleansing and then patting the skin dry. Twist open the Needling Stamp and inject 1/3 of the Needling Serum into the base of the device and close the device. Remove the cap and start stamping your face and neck. Go over each area 3 times. Follow with our Hydrating Mist on damp skin and then moisturise.

* Clean device with TR. Antibacterial Spray before and after every treatment
* Avoid Retinol and Chemical Peels for 3-5 days depending on your sensitivity.
* Repeat every 2-4 weeks.
* SPF is super NB!

CHEMICAL PEEL

Start by double cleansing and then patting the skin dry. Use your fingers to apply the Chemical Peel avoiding your eyes and mouth. Leave the product on for 10-15 minutes [tingling sensations are normal], rinse off with lukewarm water. Follow with our Hydrating Mist on damp skin and then moisturise.


*This can be done 1-2 times a week depending on your sensitivity. If your skin gets more tolerant, use for longer periods of time, not more frequently [this product is amazing but potent so play it safe].
*Skip your Retinol on Peel nights [and for 2-3 days if super sensitive].

DERMAPLANING

The Dermaplaning Blade van be used up to 3 times.

Start by double cleansing and then patting the skin dry. Apply our Dermaplaning Oil generously all over the skin. Hold the blade at a 45-degree angle [don't apply pressure]. Using feather-like strokes, begin dermaplaning your skin. Focus on one area at a time and do not go over the same area more than twice. Continue dermaplaning until you've covered all desired areas. Take your time and pay attention to detail. Cleanse again. Follow with our Hydrating Mist on damp skin and then moisturise.

* Clean blade with TR. Antibacterial Spray before and after treatments.
* Avoid Retinol and Chemical Peels for 3-5 days depending on your sensitivity.
* Repeat every every 4 weeks.
* SPF is super NB!

ANTIBACTERIAL SPRAY

Use almost like a 'hand sanitizer' for your face. Apply after makeup, during the day, after training etc.

If you are treating acne or using it as a post facial treatment or even using it to treat cuts , wounds and burns- spray on clean skin and wait for it to fully dry. Follow with the rest of your products.
