    Your full daily routine, engineered for balance. 3 steps in the morning and 3 steps at night - that's it. Inside you'll find an Exfoliating Cleanser, Hydrating Mist, Renewal Fluid Serum (choose your strength), Antioxidant Moisturiser and an SPF. Featuring all the ingredients you need. It works synergistically on every skin type to balance the skin indirectly eliminating concerns.

  • STEP 2 - THE TREATMENTS

    This is where the Smash Strategy gets targeted. Our at-home treatments bring professional results to life. Based on your concerns (ageing, acne, pigmentation etc) you choose your treatments. Ranging from Chemical Peels, to Microneedling and Dermaplaning. Each treatments integrates seamlessly with the Smash Set for best results.

  • STEP 3 - THE BOOSTERS

    The finished layer that keeps your progress steady. This is your targeted support. Think Pimple Patches, Body Acne Spray, SPF Lip Balm that smells like butterscotch and protects the lips from sun damage and some LIMITED EDITION drops for vibes every now and again. The Boosters and reinforce step 1 and 2 for consistent results.

I didn’t build Smash because I wanted another skincare brand. I built it because I couldn’t find one that wasn't confusing.

I’m an engineer - I think in systems, not skin types. And the skincare industry made everything feel unnecessarily complicated.

So I applied the same principles I use in engineering: keep it simple, efficient and effective.

How long do the products last?

How long does the Smash Set last?

Approximately 3–4 months from one Smash Set with consistent daily use (depending on how heavy you are on product).

How many treatments are in the Exfoliating Peels?

You’ll get approximately 20 full-face treatments from one bottle.

How many microneedling sessions are included?

Each Microneedling Set/Combo includes enough for 3 full face and neck sessions when used as directed. The Needling Stamp can be used 3 times and there is enough serum for 3 sessions.

How many dermaplaning sessions do you get?

Each Dermaplaning Blade is designed for 3 full face uses before replacement.

How long does the Regeneration Gel last?

Around 3–4 months from one tube with regular use.

How long does shipping take?

We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide for R100. Orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on your area and courier timelines.

Can I buy a voucher?

Yes - we offer digital vouchers in set amounts that can be purchased online. Perfect for birthdays, spoil days, or when you have absolutely no idea what products they use.

Are the products pregnancy safe?

Yes - for the most part, all Smash Skin products are pregnancy friendly. Just make sure to select the 2.3 - Renewal Fluid in The Smash Set.

Treatments like Microneedling, Dermaplaning, and the Exfoliating Peels can still be used during pregnancy, but because hormonal changes can make skin more sensitive, we always recommend assessing how your skin is responding and adjusting accordingly.

For breastfeeding, we recommend consulting with your doctor or healthcare provider, as ingredient preferences during this stage are often based on personal comfort levels and individual guidance.

Can I use the products on sensitive skin?

Yes - but we always recommend introducing active skincare slowly if you have sensitive skin.

If your skin has always been sensitive, we suggest starting with the 2.3 Renewal Fluid in The Smash Set and gradually building up usage as your skin adjusts. You can also apply it after your moisturiser to help buffer the intensity in the beginning.

With treatments like Microneedling, Dermaplaning, and the Exfoliating Peels, we recommend introducing one treatment at a time and adjusting frequency based on your skin’s response. Start with approximately half the suggested frequency and usage guidelines on the website, then gradually increasing as your skin adjusts.

If your skin is only temporarily sensitive or feeling more reactive than usual, we recommend pausing your Renewal Fluid and treatments for 1–2 weeks, then slowly reintroducing them step by step as your skin settles again.

The Antibacterial Spray and Regeneration Gel are both great options for sensitive or reactive skin, especially when your barrier feels irritated or compromised.

How long before I see results?

Skin takes time to change. Your skin cells go through a natural renewal cycle approximately every 28–40 days, which means consistency is key when starting any new skincare routine.

While deeper, long-term changes take time, most people notice increased hydration, glow, and overall skin freshness fairly early on in the process.

Treatments like our exfoliating peels, microneedling, and dermaplaning can also give a more immediate “overnight” glow effect, which is often more surface-level initially - but consistency over time is what creates the real long-term changes within the skin.
