- Rinse with water [only wash with the Face Wash if you feel oily, sweaty or exercised]
- Apply a generous amount of the Day Cream to damp skin.

EVENING☾
- Wash with the Face Wash.
-Apply the Night Cream

MODIFICATIONS
- Use the Antibacterial Spray before Day and Night Cream or as a skin sanitiser during the day. Let it dry completely before moisturising.
